Data Management
Good data management is integral in the research process. It helps researchers organise their research files and makes it easier to access, analyse and reuse their data. It also ensures that researchers and their institutions meet their obligations to funders. As per CQUniversity’s Research Data Management Policy and Procedures, a Research Data Management Plan will be submitted to the University outlining storage arrangements, access, and ownership of the research data.
Use this Research Data Management Plan link to find out information on data management plans.
The Australian National Data Service (ANDS) is making Australian research data collections more valuable by managing, connecting, enabling discovery and supporting the reuse of data. Central Queensland University Australia has contributed research datasets to ANDS. Whether they are open or closed (with varying levels of access) these citations are visible to researches around the world, opening up opportunities for collaboration and increased citations.
